Helping small businesses move faster with
better websites, smarter automation,
and strategy that actually works.
I'm a product manager grounded in a decade of leading complex, cross-functional work in technology and telecommunications.
My strength shows up in the same place it always has: taking something unclear and making it workable. I partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations to move ideas from concept to launch. My momentum is now centered on AI and automation — building products that reduce friction, scale intelligently, and improve the experience for both customers and internal teams.
I lean toward practical innovation: using AI where it creates measurable lift, paired with ethical frameworks that emphasize transparency, privacy, accountability, and human-centered design.
I work directly with small businesses and teams who need real results — not bloated proposals. Every engagement starts with a conversation about what's actually holding you back.
Modern, fast, mobile-first websites that actually convert. I build sites that look polished and load quickly, using the latest tools and AI to deliver at a fraction of the typical cost and timeline.
Stop doing manually what a machine can handle. I help businesses identify where AI and automation tools can save hours every week, then I build and implement those solutions.
Tech projects that stay on track. Whether you're migrating systems, deploying new tools, or managing vendors, I bring the structure, clarity, and follow-through to get it done right.
When things feel messy or unclear, I help sort it out. I work with owners and leaders to align teams, improve processes, and build systems that actually scale without the drama.
I pick up new systems quickly. These are the ones I've used professionally, but I'm never limited to what's on the list.
Every project starts with a free conversation. No pitch decks, no pressure.
Let's TalkNo two projects are the same, but every engagement follows a rhythm that keeps things clear and moving.
We talk. Maybe once, maybe a few times. I learn about your business, look at your data, understand what's working and what's not. No assumptions, no templates.
I put together a clear plan: what I'll do, how long it should take, and what it will cost. You'll know exactly what you're getting before we start.
This is where the work happens. I keep you in the loop with regular check-ins, but I'm not going to waste your time with unnecessary meetings.
We ship it, make sure everything works, and I stick around to answer questions. You'll have everything you need to keep things running on your own.
We had been trying to launch self-service for years. It wasn't going to happen without Stanton. He came in, cut through the noise, and made it real.
This product would not have shipped without him driving it. Stanton has a way of making complex programs feel manageable and keeping everyone aligned.
We literally say "we need to stantonize this" when something needs to be organized and driven forward. He's the person you call when it has to get done right.
I built and launched a full social platform to prove what one person can ship when they know how to work with AI. This is the future of getting things done.
Your journal. Your pen pals. Your space.
Inkwell is a federated social journaling platform I designed and launched. Think LiveJournal meets early MySpace, reimagined for 2026 with modern tech and open standards. No algorithms, no ads, no big tech. Just people writing and connecting on their own terms.
I built it by leaning into AI the way I believe every business should. I used Anthropic's Claude Code and Cowork to handle the heavy lifting of writing code across a full Elixir/Phoenix + Next.js stack, while I focused on what matters: the product vision, architecture decisions, design direction, and making sure every feature actually works in production. AI wrote the code. I drove the product.
That's the skill that translates directly to consulting. Knowing which AI tools to reach for, how to direct them to get quality results instead of slop, and how to ship something real. The tools are only going to get more powerful. The advantage goes to people who learn to use them well right now.
This is how I work with clients. I pair real experience with AI tools to deliver results that used to take entire teams and months of runway. If I can ship a full social platform, imagine what we can do with your website, your workflows, or your next project.
From store manager to product management — every role taught me something that became the foundation for what came next.
Moved into product management — the work my career had been converging toward. Now owning product direction for collaboration solutions, turning strategy into executable roadmaps.
Spearheaded UCx Contact Center and Managed SASE launches. Architected automation solutions including SharePoint integrations, Power Platform workflows, and alerting systems. Built Python automation for enterprise sales incentive programs.
Became the connective tissue between product strategy and operational reality. Managed the product roadmap in Aha, ran release notes, and led cross-functional launches while mentoring new PMs and consultants.
Built structure where there wasn't any. Created operating rhythms, clarified ownership, documented processes, and turned chaos into repeatable systems. Earned trust by delivering under ambiguity from day one.
Progressed from Cloud PM to Programming Specialist/Team Lead, then transitioned into internal business enablement. Launched self-service onboarding. Became the operational SME while partnering across sales, finance, security, and compliance.
Managed multiple cloud PBX implementation projects simultaneously. Trained new project managers. Became the subject matter expert for provisioning tools. Navigated a major acquisition (ShoreTel to Mitel) while maintaining delivery.
Returned to the systems work my mind naturally organizes around. Implemented agile processes, deployed Skype for Business and SharePoint, and managed 100+ relocation projects. Strengthened risk mitigation for VoIP rollouts and infrastructure upgrades.
Relocated to Irving, TX. Coordinated changes for 180+ facilities nationwide. Led the largest branding change across 60+ offices. Learned to manage pressure from multiple directions simultaneously.
Started as a temp, offered full-time within 30 days. Drove $200K+/month in cost savings through contract auditing. Helped navigate a major acquisition. Promoted three times in under two years.
I didn't start my career thinking in terms of "corporate trajectory." I started it trying to survive the consequences of growing up and realizing passion is not the same thing as a plan. Theatre was the original dream. Walking away from it was one of the hardest and smartest decisions I've made — because it taught me that you can make a mature decision that still hurts, and it can still be the right one.
“I don't love saying no, but I'm willing to say it when yes would be dishonest. I'd rather slow down one decision than accelerate into a mess that forces ten teams to pay for it later.
Outside of work, there's energy for the things that keep life textured and meaningful.
Problem-solving in virtual worlds. Strategy, narrative, and the joy of systems that click.
The original love. Still shapes how I think about storytelling, presence, and communication.
Fine arts background with Blender 3D training. Creativity isn't separate from the work, it fuels it.
Listener, appreciator, and someone who believes rhythm is just another form of pattern recognition.
From documentation to personal narrative. Clear writing is clear thinking, and I value both.
The anchor. Time with loved ones is where everything else finds its meaning.
